Job Description:

Oversee daily operations of the Drive-In in conjunction with the General Manager to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.Responsibilities include:

• Assist with hiring, training, and developing Great People ready to serve a SuperSONIC experience.
• Demonstrate a Fair, Firm, Fun leadership approach, and lead by example.
• Manage a profit and loss statement to exceed expectations.
• Swiftly resolve employee concerns with a thoughtful approach.
• Celebrate team successes and coach for better performance.
• Set expectations and provide clear and continuous feedback.
• Create an upbeat positive atmosphere during the shift.
• Maintain and enforce SONIC safety and sanitation standards.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Requirements:
  • Prior management experience, restaurant or retail industry preferred.
  • High standards for self and the team.
  • Positive attitude and resiliency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.Preferred:
