Key Responsibilities
Own the GTM data and information systems, ensuring alignment with
company goals
Manage the CRM system, driving process improvements and empowering
the business team
Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for
business strategy
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or
sales support management
2-3+ years of experience with blockchain technology, DeFi, and IaaS
business models
In-depth understanding of Hubspot's CRM functionalities
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
Experience with automation workflows and sales tech stack
management
