Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Co-design and build automated customer touchpoints for the Customer
Success journey
Administer Customer Success tools, creating dashboards and alerts
for account health visibility
Collaborate with the business operations team to analyze data and
track indicators of risk and renewal
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Operations Manager or
Programs Manager
Data fluency and familiarity with tools like Omni, Looker,
Salesforce, and Excel
Experience as an Admin of a Customer Success tool like ChurnZero or
Gainsight
Knowledge of Customer Success strategies for developing playbooks
and customer-facing assets
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support the Customer
Success team
