A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to lead and scale their Account Management team.



Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team to achieve renewal and expansion targets
Establish scalable processes for forecasting, negotiation, and expansion strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align on customer outcomes


Required Qualifications

5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, with 3 years in an AM leadership role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong experience with contract negotiation and managing complex renewal/upsell motions
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills focused on coaching talent
Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with company goals and customer needs
