Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product Development to
lead the development of annuity product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative product offerings supporting growth initiatives
and expanding addressable markets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement
product specifications and go-to-market strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while enhancing
customer experience through testing and feedback
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in annuities or retirement-related
fields
BA/BS degree required
Knowledge of financial services products, particularly annuities
and the retirement industry
Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
effectively
