Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Space & Occupancy
Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement principles, policies, and procedures for
space and occupancy planning
Lead and manage a team of planners in strategic occupancy planning
and workplace design
Analyze data and create various workplace scenarios while managing
client expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, interior
design, corporate real estate)
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in related fields
Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, or other drafting
technologies
Strong knowledge of IWMS database applications and data
analysis
Direct people leadership experience
