System One has partnered with a manufacturer in Tulsa in search of a Project Manager (PM) to lead their project teams and ensure customer satisfaction. The PM will manage contract scope, schedules, and budget, aiming for maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for customers.
Lead the project team and oversee actions for customer success.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Manage project initiation and execution phases, including scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance.
Ensure effective project communications and resolve back charges promptly.
Oversee procurement/fabrication, shipping/delivery, start-up/testing, and contract closeout.
Ensure timely invoicing and customer payments.

Qualifications:

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
5-10 years of project execution experience.
5+ years of relevant experience in the utility/process industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in heat exchange, combustion, boilers, or similar industries
