      • Perinatal Training: Mamaya Health supports training for a foundational maternal mental health course. Clinicians will submit their certificate of completion upon hire/onboarding. POSITION OVERVIEW

        Flexibility is needed to create access to care for moms. This position allows you to participate in our life-giving network of maternal mental health therapists while giving you autonomy over how many clients you would like to see. In this role, you would be a contract-based therapist with a clinical expectation of completing 10 client sessions/week. You will be paid a flat rate fee which assumes administrative time as part of your clinical hour. You will be compensated with an administrative pay rate for no shows/late cancellations and for onboarding training hours. You will be supported by a Team Lead and have access to a monthly maternal mental health consultation. You will have the option to request more clients upon obtaining a consistent caseload. Clinical caseload maximum is up to you and uncapped, contingent upon timely completion of documentation and maintenance of all duties of the role.

        Contract Compensation:

        $45-$49/hour - Newly trained to 2 years maternal mental health experience

        $50-$55 - 2 to 5 years maternal mental health experience

        $56-$60 - 5+ years maternal mental health experience

        Job Responsibilities and Duties
        • Engage with clients for individual outpatient therapy sessions on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis determined by the client
        • Maintain a caseload of 10 clients per week and consistently communicate caseload availability and scheduling needs with Mamaya Health Support
        • Submit timely documentation by the end of each workweek and maintain accurate documentation to ensure client charts are up to date and complete.
        • Review treatment plans after the first 90 days, then every 6 months.
        • Maintain client collaboration with team members on client's care team - i.e. medication provider, PCP, OB-GYN, dietitian, other therapists, etc., as well as client's family members.
        • Perform clinical intakes, provide diagnoses, collaboratively create treatment plans, and provide therapeutic care.
        • Provide consistent mental health data tracking. Clinical services include, but are not limited to, client care, collaborative documentation, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, takes initiative in professional growth and development, has relevant experience using EHR systems, is comfortable providing telehealth services, agrees with the Mamaya Health mission, vision, and values, and holds a high degree of ethical consideration for client care and needs.

          Educational Requirements and Qualifications
          • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a similar field required.
          • LMFT, LPC-MHSP or LCSW- Full licensure required.
          • PMH-C preferred. Maternal Mental Health training required. See Reimbursement Benefit above.
          • Must be licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas.
