Utica Park Clinic South Lewis Medicaid is seeking a BC/BE Family Physician to join the fast growing family of Hillcrest HealthCare System hospitals and clinics. About the Position:

• Join a team consisting of 1 Physicians and 2 APPs
• Expected patient load of 15-18 per day average
• EMR: EPIC
• Flexible schedule (4 10 s or 5 8 s) Clinic hours 8a-5p
