GILBANE has opportunities for Site Safety and Health Officers to
support our projects at Fort Smith, Arkansas. These projects will
begin in 2025. Are you looking for a highly rewarding opportunity

seeking a Project Safety Manager to administer the safety program
and serves as safety advisor, ensuring safety compliance by the
project team and all employees and subcontractors working at the
site. This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional
travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc. Who are we? As a

Responsibilities
Support all safety efforts on the project and promote the Gilbane
Cares safety cultureEnsure contractor activities are preplanned for
safety through scope review, preconstruction meetings, Three phases
of CQM meeting, AHA review, PTPs, etc.Ensure contractors meet
Gilbane safety submittal requirementsMaintain all safety related
documentationEnsure contractor compliance with Gilbane safety plan,
contract safety requirements & expectationsMake recommendations
concerning situations hazardous to employee safety or healthUtilize
SafetyNet to Audit and monitor project team implementation of the
Safety PlanPerform at least 15 SafetyNet inspections/month with at
least 100 observations each inspection.Coach project teams in
effective hazard identification and correction of issues using
SafetyNetReview SafetyNet trending reports with project teamProvide
safety training to project teams on Gilbane, client, EM385-1-1 &
and OSHA requirementsInvestigate all accidents/near misses and
complete all paperwork requiredServe as project liaison and manage
project correspondence with Insurance carriersEnsure project teams
have safety equipment and resources
