About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Hospital South.This is a full-time opportunity to work in a friendly community setting, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to provide exceptional patient care.As a Certified Surgical Tech, you will be responsible for assisting the surgical team in accomplishing the plan of surgical care, while demonstrating knowledge of sterile technique, sterilization procedures, and principles of surgical procedures.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Understand the surgery schedule workflow and is available to meet the needs for room turnovers, patient transport, and cleaning.
• Participate in maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Possess an accredited Surgical Technologist Certification or be willing and eligible to obtain it within the first six months of employment
