Job Description:

• About the Role:
• Foster Care Worker to provide therapy and support services to children and families in Oklahoma.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate services with foster families, biological families, and professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal team members, community agencies, and service providers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of foster children and families to identify needs and strengths.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
    • Requirements:
      • Licensed therapist or under supervision (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Oklahoma.
      • Previous experience in foster care, especially in a therapeutic capacity.
      • Familiarity with therapeutic interventions and practices for children and families.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
      • Ability to empathize with and support foster children and their families.
