**About this Role**We are seeking a skilled Microbiology Supervisor to join our team at Hillcrest HealthCare System.As a Microbiology Supervisor, you will be responsible for enforcing sectional and departmental policies and procedures to promote effective operations. This includes monitoring supply purchases and worked hours, adjusting personnel scheduling with fluctuations in patient census, and serving as a resource for technical personnel.**Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor and enforce policies and procedures to ensure effective operations
• Adjust personnel scheduling to meet patient census demands
• Serve as a resource for technical personnel, providing guidance and support**Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MT/MLT certification from ASCP required
