Job DetailsCoverage Start : Early January 2025 Hours : 24 hour call coverage shifts (8a - 8a) Responsibilities: ---Handle 24-hour emergency department call ---Perform surgeries related to the heart and lungs, including CABGs, valve repairs, and aortic procedures ---Conduct thoracic surgeries, particularly lung surgeries ---Note that vascular procedures such as leg surgeries, AAAs, and carotids are not included ---Utilize robotic technology for lung surgeries with the ION machine available ---Receive mid-level support from 7 AM to 5 PM, with three mid-level providers acting as OR first assistants Additional Information: ---Potential for assignment extension ---Facility uses Cerner EMR for patient records Apply today to learn more!
