We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our elite team at Elite Home Health.Your Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality patient care, building trust with patients and their families, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions, including wound care, medication management, and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
