  • Nurse to pt ratio 1-2:1, 3:1 critical staffing
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
    • Must have current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment.
    • Ascension Pharmacology Exam required to be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter.
    • Ascension Specialty Exam completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter.
    • Ascension Color Vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
    • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start updated yearly.
    • Ascension EKG Exam to be completed prior to start.
    • Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen to be completed within 30 days prior to start.
    • Documentation of vaccination series completion for Hepatitis B.

      • Must be AHA for BLS and ACLS.
