Microbiology Supervisor RoleHillcrest Medical Center seeks a skilled Microbiology Supervisor to lead our team in Tulsa, OK.Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce sectional and departmental policies and procedures to promote effective laboratory operations.
• Monitor supply purchases and worked hours, adjusting personnel scheduling as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, responsible for scheduling, training, and evaluating new employees and students.
• Develop, review, and revise policy and procedure manuals to ensure compliance with accrediting agencies.
• Evaluate technical performance and competency of personnel.
• Establish and maintain relationships with employees, understanding their goals and supporting their development.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MT/MLT certification from ASCP required.
