Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator and
Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Agile teams to develop and enhance the ServiceNow
platform
Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to
design effective ServiceNow solutions
Provide Tier 2/3 support and manage platform configuration and
issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
US Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance at the
Public Trust level or above
3-9 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions,
depending on role level
2 years of experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
1 year of administration experience in a ServiceNow instance
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScript
