Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Communications Associate to
support customer channels performance solutions communications in a
remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and create communication content in various formats to
engage agents and meet stakeholder needs
Act as a subject matter expert for communications initiatives and
collaborate with partners to address performance support needs
Monitor and analyze content performance, translating data into
actionable recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of communications, marketing, or technical writing
experience
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 4 years of communications, marketing, or technical writing
experience (preferred)
