Content Safety Policy Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Content Policy Lead to define and implement policies that support creators while ensuring platform safety.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine content policies addressing user-generated content risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are enforceable and user-friendly
Utilize data insights to improve policy effectiveness and user experience

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in content policy, trust & safety, or legal roles
Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership skills
Proficient in data analysis to guide policy decisions
Familiarity with content moderation tools and global regulatory frameworks
Passionate about supporting creators and fostering safe online spaces
