This is an on-site position with no remote work available.If you excel in overnight operations, love problem-solving, and can keep things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do

• Dispatch and manage drivers for efficient load delivery.
• Resolve issues like late deliveries, equipment breakdowns, or driver concerns.
• Ensure drivers meet DOT and FMCSR regulations, including Hours of Service compliance.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and management to keep operations on track.
• Suggest ways to improve efficiency and productivity during night shifts.What You'll Need
  • At least 1 year of fleet management or dispatch experience (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSR regulations and Hours of Service.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based systems.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt to challenges.Pay Benefits
    • Salary: $62,000-$67,000/year + bonus opportunities.
