Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Design Analyst to work
remotely in Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new customer implementations by configuring
reports/dashboards, applying business logic, and developing
training plans
Ensure data quality in deliverables through rigorous testing and
validation before release
Attend client-facing meetings and manage follow-ups and action
items as directed by the Customer Success Manager
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with Quickbase or related relational
databases and Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, SFDC,
PowerBI)
Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and excellent
quantitative analysis skills
Ability to translate requirement documentation and data flow
diagrams into solution builds
Experience with JIRA and Confluence enablement tools is strongly
preferred
Familiarity with biotech/pharmaceutical transactional data is
preferred
