Manage project workstreams, ensuring adherence to budget and
timelines while engaging with clients
Partner with clients to address business challenges and lead
solutioning teams
Enhance client relationships by positioning as a transformation
partner and driving strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or solution
development within Workday
Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical discipline;
pursuing a Master's or MBA is a plus
Broad understanding of business processes and technology solutions
in the industry
Preferred Workday Pro certifications
Experience in implementing Workday configurations and gathering
requirements for customer projects
