Job Description:
A company is looking for an AR Recovery Analyst III
(Medicare).
Key Responsibilities
Manage moderately complicated insurance denials and underpayments
using Rubixis AR Follow Up software
Resolve contract or payment issues by communicating with healthcare
insurance companies and analyzing accounts
Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify trends and
provide solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of hospital billing experience with advanced knowledge of
payer types
Knowledge of Medicare payer rules and processes, including denial
interpretation and appeals submission
Experience with UB04 Facility Pricing and Reimbursement
variance
Basic understanding of HIT systems like EPIC or Paragon
Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
