Outdoor Maintenance Specialist Lawnscapes Outdoor Services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outdoor Maintenance Specialist to join our team. We're a small company that has been in business for 17 years now, dedicated to providing exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients/residents. Job Summary: The Outdoor Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty and functionality of our outdoor properties. This includes a variety of tasks related to repairs, landscaping, groundskeeping, and general outdoor maintenance. Responsibilities: Perform repairs and replacements of outdoor structures such as fences, decks, sheds, outdoor light fixtures, exterior doors, etc. Perform regular lawn care, including mowing, trimming and edging. Maintain flower beds and gardens, including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching. Maintain and repair irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads and timers. Inspect and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action Operate and maintain various outdoor equipment, including saws, sprayers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members. Qualifications: Ability to operate and maintain various outdoor power equipment safely and effectively. Excellent physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Working cell phone to follow routes and job duties. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of landscaping/carpentry techniques and best practices Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
