We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Analyst to join our manufacturing team. This role requires a strong focus on profit and loss (P&L) management, customer quoting, and advanced Excel modeling to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis within the manufacturing industry and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the preparation and analysis of profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain in-depth Excel models to support financial forecasts, pricing strategies, and cost optimization efforts.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to analyze customer requirements and prepare competitive and profitable customer quotes.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and productivity metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budgeting processes.
Conduct scenario analysis and what-if modeling to assess the financial impact of operational changes or customer demands.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial performance with company goals and provide insights into key business decisions.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in profit and loss.
Expertise running Excel reports.
