Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour
Location: Tulsa, OK

Role Overview:

As an Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lead technicians, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring seamless installations. Your ability to work independently and your positive attitude towards occasional overtime and weekend work will be key to your success.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead technicians in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Run, test, and terminate cables efficiently.
Respond to client queries and assist with job completion.
Document problem-solving processes and report to the Lead Technician.
Repair and replace equipment as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.


What Our Client is Looking For:

Requirements:

Valid Driver's license.
Ability to pass a federal-level criminal background check.
No possession of an OMMJ Card.
Experience with basic tools and driving a mid-size work van.
Cognitive awareness of surroundings.
Willingness to work weekends or after hours when required.



Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to travel to client sites outside the typical 2-hour radius.
Willingness to work overtime and in a collaborative team environment.
Quick learner of new technology and software.
Must have Fiber Splicing and Fiber Troubleshooting experience (around 2 YOE is ideal).

Working Conditions: Moderate physical activity, including handling objects up to 50 pounds and standing/walking throughout the day.

Hours of Operation:
