Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Director to drive
strategic initiatives for the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize a sales enablement program in
collaboration with GTM Leadership
Manage all aspects of the sales enablement business, including
resourcing, budget, and revenues
Lead a Sales Enablement team to design and implement training and
enablement programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement or learning and
development for a high-performance sales organization
Prior success in a sales or advisory services role, with a strong
understanding of modern sales methods
Proficient in productivity and customer relationship management
tools
Experience with content management and learning management
systems
Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and
Product Development teams
