Job Description:
We are looking for a Contract Program Manager in aerospace with
program, project and leadership experience.
The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional
skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.
Requirements:
MRO experience needed
PMP preferred but not required
5-10 years of experience
Experience managing large-scale military contracts
Location: Onsite, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Communicate, schedule, and execute program deliverables across
internal groups
Partner with Engineering, Sales, Quality, and Production teams
Ensure compliance with regulations and contract agreements
Negotiate contractual terms with customers
Manage program schedules, task prioritization, risk assessment, and
customer communication
Ensure contract review compliance with AS9100
Identify trends/risks/opportunities and recommend actions
Control project budget expenditures
Coordinate technical developments, scheduling, and problem
resolution
Provide status and progress reports to stakeholders
