Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Lead who will
drive customer retention and growth while managing a team of
Customer Success Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring they realize
the full value of the platform
Oversee two Customer Success Managers to drive retention and growth
for smaller customers
Conduct regular check-ins and Executive Business Reviews to
showcase value and achieve customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Account
Management in HRTech
Proven experience in managing enterprise accounts, including
renewal management
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance client and
company objectives
Experience in delivering customer growth and retention
strategies
Passion for helping others succeed and a desire for career growth
in Customer Success leadership
