Key Responsibilities
Supervise call center staff to ensure adherence to quality
standards and procedures
Interview and recommend hiring and promotion of contact center
staff
Evaluate employee performance and recommend appropriate personnel
actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional
experience required
Ability to manage a high level of confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Must have a private work area with a hardwired internet
connection
